Clover Grove is pleased to announce the joining of another head coach that will work alongside Britni Cash this year.
Emily Parr of Fishersville, Virginia brings a lifetime of equestrian experience and a passion for developing both horses and riders. As co-coach at Clover Grove Farm, she works with riders of all ages and abilities, helping them build confidence, refine their horsemanship, and achieve their individual goals in a supportive, positive environment.
Emily’s coaching experience includes serving as Assistant Riding Coach at Washington and Lee University and Assistant to the Director of Riding at Bridgewater College. She has also worked as a trainer and instructor at Windy Springs Farm, Director of Riding at Camp Mont Shenandoah, and with FoxDen Equine. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan College, a master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology, and is a VHSA licensed judge.
Emily is dedicated to creating a positive learning environment where riders can grow in confidence, develop strong horsemanship skills, and enjoy a lifelong love of horses and the sport.
