🏆 1st Place Overall Adult Team 🏆

What a day for Team Kaizen.

From first-time competitors to seasoned athletes, our team showed up ready to battle, support one another, and represent our academy with pride. The result? Multiple champions, countless hard-fought matches, and a 1st Place Overall Adult Team Championship.

We’re proud of every single person who stepped on the mats. Winning is great, but what matters most is the courage to compete, the willingness to learn, and the character displayed both in victory and defeat.

Thank you to our coaches, teammates, families, and supporters who continue to make this community so special.

Huge milestone today for — earning her first stripe. 🥋👏

While we’re excited to celebrate this achievement, we’re definitely going to miss having her on the mats regularly as she prepares to move away from the area soon. From day one, Lexa has shown up consistently, worked hard, stayed coachable, and brought an awesome attitude to every single class.

She recently started training in both our women’s only class and coed classes, and it’s been incredible watching how quickly she’s progressed. Super athletic, tough, positive, and always willing to learn — the kind of teammate every gym hopes for.

This first stripe is well earned, and we know it’s only the beginning of what she’s capable of in jiu-jitsu. Proud of you, Lexa. 👏🔥

Tonight’s class was full of hard work, big energy, and even bigger personalities. From learning new techniques to building confidence on the mats, these kids are leveling up every single day.
