A Warrior's journey should lead to 'home'. Most people train for maximum effort but this will lead you no where. Strike a balance between contemplation and action and ideal combination if you will. This will help you find the 'right effort' and set your skills 'in service' of something bigger that just yourself. Make sure you get home, just find a way.-- Emmanuel Manolakakis

CAN YOU CROSS THE RED VELVET ROPE? Can you be one of the select few to practice SYSTEMA, the Russian Martial Art? PROBABLY NOT. The secrets SYSTEMA reveals are outside your comfort zone, so you probably shouldn't even bother.
