The CCA Marlins swim team, located in the beautiful Roanoke valley, VA, at the Carter Athletic Center is seeking applicants for a part-time position of a head Masters coach!

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and Expectations include but not limited to:​

Have the ability and patience to teach proper stroke techniques.Train, retain and develop swimmers at all levels according to USA Masters Swimming guidelines and best practices. Develop and help manage masters program, including coaching practices and techniques to create environment to ensure swimmers meet or exceed mutually established goals.
Strong knowledge with a certification of ASCA Level 1, USA swimming 101 or US Masters certificate.

The applicant must have experience coaching swimmers of all ages.
The candidate must display a strong knowledge of current stroke techniques and is energetic and active on deck, enthusiastic about the opportunity and possess good communication skills. Our ideal candidate will possess high ethical and moral standards.
We are looking for a swim Coach who have a passion to coach our masters!
Schedule is Monday/Wednesday and Friday 5-9am, all or some of the days
