Hey Cave Spring Volleyball players. I am attaching links for a 5-part video series explaining Middle-Middle Defense which is the defense we will use this season. Use the links below to watch them through Youtube. It's about an hour of video in total so feel free to watch just one or two of them in a sitting and come back later.
