Hi friends. I know its hard to focus on anything else right now during this pandemic. Remember, we train our mind like we train our body. Consistency is key. Just a few good things that helped us when I was isolated at Duke. Print out a calendar/schedule. Fill the daily schedule with what you will do. Start the routine from the moment you wake up. Include meal time( try to limit processed foods), outside time( go for a walk, swing a golf club, just sit outside, weed),Reading time, TV time, call and check on friends time, write letter time, learn something new on line about: cooking, astrology, new language, flowers, birds..nature etc. DRINK WATER and MOVE! If you are a home gym workout client of mine, you have your routine! Keep at it! WE will get thru this. Gods got this! Keep kicking!!
