I had the privilege to fly the new Gun Lake Casino balloon the past 2 weekends, first in Howell Michigan, then in Battle Creek Michigan.
Can you say HOT HOT HOT!! My awesome crew at both events helped me endure setting up this bad boy in the extreme heat!!
Preston took the freight train photo coming into the first target in Howell. Yes that’s me bringing up the rear behind all the racers 😉
Preston got to ride with Phil Clinger, also in a fat balloon.

Great weekend with the family at Balloons Over Bavarian Inn! We did not get any flights in but did get a couple candlestick glows and a regular night glow in. I was one of the lucky ducks that placed in the top three by throwing a little rubber duck onto a target from on top of the waterslide tower. Many thanks to Jim and Nancy Engle for always taking care of my large family. This has been a family event since the kids were little. What was once 2 adults and 4 kids has now turned into 24.
