Your heart, mind, and spirit can serve the Lord honorably with an intention that is pure.

Does it have to be either/or… or could it be both/and? 🌿✝️

Can yoga be movement and worship?

Breath awareness and prayer?

Caring for your body and honoring God with it?

A physical practice and an opportunity to draw closer to Christ?

For the Christian yogi, the question isn’t simply what am I doing? but also, Who am I doing it for? Where is my heart directed?

Movement can be surrendered to Christ, breath can remind us of His presence, and our whole selves can be offered to God.

“Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” — Romans 12:1

Have you needed the chaos to just stop?
Pause. Shut the noise out.
Breathe 3 full inhales and exhales. Make space for God to be at the forefront of your mind, day, actions, and breathe! He can quiet the chaos, even if we are in midst of it around us, our hearts and minds will be at ease because of his presence.
