Our studio is different from most in that we intentionally do not make use of any machines. Machines are typically best suited for the person of average height and average weight, and suboptimal for all of us of other

shapes and sizes. Our unique training style utilizes functional equipment only (Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX, Stroops Resistance, Plyometric Boxes, Exercise Balls, Body Bars, Balance Boards, etc.) in an effort to promote natural movement while better catering to all body types. We carefully adhere to our mission of offering the best 40 minute progressive workouts in the area by making sure to implement each of the three most effective training modalities into every training session. We have partnered with to offer an interactive fitness experience to all recent mothers who are looking to return to fitness in a fun, safe, and structured manner.

This low-intensity introductory pop-up will touch on proper resistance training mechanics with regards to key muscle groups important to the new mother:

- Legs
- Core (Balance & Bracing)
- Shoulders (Stability & Strengthening)

This will be a great opportunity to reopen the door to safe postnatal training, while also meeting other local mothers in similars points of life.

MamRAMA is our new weekend class series focusing on the reacclimation to movement and aerobic activity (RAMA) for new and/or recent mothers.

This class is a safe and structured way for recent mothers to get back into fitness and build with others in the community who are at similar stages in life.

In this series, we will be emphasizing:

💧Stability & Proper Bracing
💧Anti-Rotation For Lumbar Support
💧Functional Movement With Real Life Application
