Special Announcement

Tomorrow, Monday Feb 27th we will have a WOD dedicated to one of our family members….. Mark Garriss

Mark was laid to rest today and I think it’s fitting to have a wod dedicated to him tomorrow. One of my most favorite memories of Mark was when I was raising money for a non profit by doing burpees and Mark showed up and did several hundred burpees right beside me to show his support….. That day was so rough on us both but we stood side by side and when it was said and done we had done over 2000 burpees combined!!! He was as tough as he was loving and I know he will be smiling down tomorrow watching us work in his honor……

We will start the WOD at 6pm….. It will consist of some of his most favorite things. Bring a smile and your favorite memories of Mark as we work in his honor.

This Memorial WOD is open to everyone who knew Mark, you don’t have to work out, you can come and share stories and cheer on those who participate.

I hope to see y’all there…… We love you Mark
