May include but not limited to: managing all aspects of team travel including meals and corresponding budgets, practice scheduling/facility coordination, coordinate fundraising, day to day program administration as well as other duties assigned by the Director and Head Coach. Assist in the support of athlete success, while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Ability to communicate in a positive manner with athletes, staff, parents, and alumni; strong organizational and planning abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills; a working knowledge of computer programs and systems. Have a valid driver license and passport. General knowledge of intercollegiate athletics, NCAA policies, WBDA policies, and compliance issues.
