Thursday started with students and ended with Open Water Divers! 🎓 Help us welcome Alicia, Catherine, Daniel, Jake, and Jenna to the world of . 🤿

We loved finding Yellowhead Jawfish and Lizardfish 🦎peeking out around Ron's Rock. A Nurse Shark 🦈 visited us at Flower Garden, where Ethan spotted an Octopus 🐙 eye watching us from the reef.

At Elevator Shaft, a little Hawksbill turtle 🐢 swam through the group, and a friendly Goliath Grouper 🐟 hung out with us throughout the dive. We saw a HUGE school of Bermuda Chubs! The current moved us along steadily, through 30' of visibility.

Spadefish were the star of the show at South Double Ledges on Friday, schooling over the reef in their mesmerizing dance! 😍⭐ Soon after, Barracuda lead us over to a massive Parrotfish. It's always so cool seeing such big, colorful animals. 🌈

The action picked up at the Corridor Wreck Trek. A Reef Shark 🦈 swam away from the group at the Ana Cecelia 🛥️ as a small Spotted Moray Eel coiled itself around part of the wreck. A large Loggerhead 🐢 swam by as we moved along the site, before the dive ended alongside a huge Goliath Grouper 🐟 near the Amaryllis!

The moderate current made for great training for Patrick as he completed his Drift Diver Course. Congratulations Patrick! 🎉 🌊

Our IDC candidates crushed it both in and out of the water! 🤩 They demonstrated expansive knowledge, exceptional scuba skills, and great teamworking abilities. 🪸 We're super excited for them to continue their PADI pro careers as Instructors. 🌊🤿Congrats Luke & Josh! 🌟

A terrific Tuesday on the reef!! 🪸💍
Bath and Tennis 🎾 gave some impressive sightings. Channel crabs 🦀 were seen hiding in the rocks near Moray Eels exhibiting similar behaviors. A large Flying Gurnard was seen darting by some of the divers but the star of the show was a massive Cornetfish! ✨🐠 It was idle in the water and gave plenty of time for the divers to snap some photos! 📸 It had to be nearly 5FT!!! The dive concluded with a small shoal of squid near the end of the site. 🦑

Ron's Rock is where things got really exciting!! We may even need to rename it to "Engagement Rock"! A huge congratulations to Emily and George for your engagement on Tuesdays charter! 💍💕 We cant think of a better place for something so special. 😍 The wildlife really showed up to celebrate! A Nurse Shark 🦈 did a slow swim by at the edge of visibility and a Loggerhead Turle was seen chilling on the rocks near South Flower 🪷 Garden! A small Spotted Eel was seen near the end of the dive as well as a small Octopus hiding in the reef! 🐙🪸 They all must've known something special was taking place!

Adding to the list of celebrations, Patrick completed his DSMB class on the second dive. Congradulations Patrick!! 🥳

Nothing tests your skills 🧭 like diving in low visibility. Fast Track candidate Justice said it was quite the adventure in a lake and only being able to see only 10ft in front of him. But, he was up for the challenge! 🏆 He correctly navigated to each point along the course 🗺️ Elea designed to test his skills.

The Danny brought the action on Fri-yay 🤿🐠with two Goliath Groupers hanging out. 🐟🐟 We spotted Regal Sea Goddesses on the hull before a small Caribbean Reef Shark swam right by us. 🦈 We finished the first dive with several more Regal Sea Goddesses and a Loggerhead Sea Turtle! 🐢💙

The Corridor brought even more Goliaths at the Ana Cecilia and Mizpah. 🐟🐟 A huge Southern Stingray hung out in the sand as we drifted, and yet another Reef Shark led us into the Amaryllis. 🦈🤿

The current was super mild, and 50 feet of visibility made for a great day of deep diving! 🌊☀️💙

Saturday afternoon started with rain but ended with some happy divers! 🤿 ⛈️

Goliath Grouper were scattered around Midreef 🐟🪸and well as two Moray Eels 🐍 hiding out together in the same rock. A Flamingo 🦩 Tongue caught our eye before we noticed a Hawksbill Turtle 🐢 slowly ascending to around 40' before descending and leveling out with the divers. Perhaps it was chilly, because we had a thermocline just above the bottom. ❄️

Governor's Riverwalk was full of excitement! FIVE Goliath Grouper surrounded the Sha Sha and even more appeared throughout the other wrecks. Grouper season really is in full swing!! 🐟🐟🐟 Later near the Amaryllis a Bull Shark 🦈 was seen swimming a bit higher than out group, and a large barracuda saw us off as we headed back to Marin to warm up. 🛥️

Our Veteran 🇺🇸 Fast Track candidate Jason had such a great time Monday. 🤿 The was so blue 💙 and filled with colorful marine life! 🌈 We saw a school of squid swimming along the reef. 🦑 There are still some turtles chilling out. 🐢🐢 🐢The visibility was great and made the 🪸 look so beautiful with the sun ☀️shining on them.
