Its hot out there. If you plan on kayaking today be prepared and don't forget the kayak launches available to you like the one in Rivesville. Its safer and easier to get in and out using the launch.

Yesterday I went to check on the Rivesville kayak launch. It weathered the floods fairly well. I encountered a group of Marion county kayakers who hadn't seen our launch. Naturally they had to try it out. Get out there and paddle folks!
