Today and tomorrow students will be working on SKILLZ 4. Students will get a shot at earning their YELLOW skill stripe.
Early SKILLZ (3 and 4-year olds): CRAWLING - this skill helps students work on developing their core muscles, spatial awareness, and hand-and-foot coordination.
Basic SKILLZ (5 and 6-year olds): MEMORY - this skill will help students improve their long-term, short-term, and reactive memory.
Core SKILLZ (7 to 9-year olds): FLEXIBILITY - this skill helps students develop better range of motion in their legs, core, and upper body.
Extreme SKILLZ (10 and up): MOMENTUM - this skill helps students improve force and speed in their movements.

Tomorrow students will work on SKILLZ 3. Students will get a shot at earning their GREEN skill stripe.
Early SKILLZ (3 and 4-year olds): BLOCKING - this skill helps students develop spatial awareness, blocking while counting, hand-eye-coordination, and focus.
Basic SKILLZ (5 and 6-year olds): CONTROL - this skill helps students develop control over their body, mind, and emotions.
Core SKILLZ (7 to 9-year olds): COURAGE - this skill helps students develop the confidence to defend themselves as well as the ability to lead others.
Extreme SKILLZ (10 and up): VERSATILITY - this skill helps students improve their capabilities to carry out a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Elite SKILLZ (Elite and Black Belts): SPARRING
