Consider me a not a fitness influencer. I workout for my health, sanity, strength , quality of life and “actual fitness”.
I don’t diet dysfunctionally to get super lean to show off 6-ok abs for a photo shoot or video post. I do not boast about eating clean and that it’s how I achieve this physique. I miss workout. I miss meals. I eat pizza & wings as well as kale & spinach. I drink tea sweetened with sugar and occasional glass of wine. My workout wardrobe consists of leggings AND baggy shorts, and I don’t show off my midriff.
And I cannot tell you enough how much better my 50s are going to be because I chose to be realistic about fitness. Don’t get me wrong, I did all that dysfunctional stuff in my 30s and learn lots of blessings, and I am now here to help you not make the same mistakes.
