If you wanted to buy a house next year and had no money in the bank right now, you’d have to start saving for that down payment, right? Do you think you could come up with that down payment in time if you just “save more and spent less” without budgeting?

It’s kinda the same for putting in muscle, fat loss &/or body decomposition.

Listen, I was fit & hot AF when I was 21 too! My diet was actually ok (and not bud light, cold pizza, coffee & ci******es)!

My was at the and my weekends were dancing my ass off in clubs in 5-inch heels.

Maannnn…. those were the days!!!

You don't impress me.

Come back when you're 50 & need to do just to get out of bed without pain. And can actually say you worked out today to stay (not to lose fat) 😆

Btw huge difference between a fitness influencer and a fitness role model. One actually lives that life…. For life!

Consider me a not a fitness influencer. I workout for my health, sanity, strength , quality of life and “actual fitness”.

I don’t diet dysfunctionally to get super lean to show off 6-ok abs for a photo shoot or video post. I do not boast about eating clean and that it’s how I achieve this physique. I miss workout. I miss meals. I eat pizza & wings as well as kale & spinach. I drink tea sweetened with sugar and occasional glass of wine. My workout wardrobe consists of leggings AND baggy shorts, and I don’t show off my midriff.

And I cannot tell you enough how much better my 50s are going to be because I chose to be realistic about fitness. Don’t get me wrong, I did all that dysfunctional stuff in my 30s and learn lots of blessings, and I am now here to help you not make the same mistakes.

get off the roller coaster, ride of yo-yo, dieting, and all or nothing fitness programs. And find a happy relationship with Fitness and nutrition that aligns with 5the real you.

Today I’m finally coming out of my 3rd bout of . And I always seem to get motivated when something holds me back from progress. Time off from everything has allowed me to tune in to my wants & goals as opposed to survival. So I started on Etsy to see where I could go to help me grow and I found Handmade Alphas. Ok, watch me grow!!!

and will not necessarily make women bulky! With proper instruction, you can work you way up to these traditional hypertrophy without pain meanwhile athletic curves!

Table sugar & HFCS are iwhat you should be watching out for, not fruits.

Fruit saccharides + vitamins/minerals = 👍
Empty calorie table sugar = 👌
HFCS= 👌👌

Get the most bang for your buck and add fruit to your dietary lifestyle!

Barb is a local yoga instructor in the area. She signed up for our yearly program to get into the habit of to , and reshape her body. Since yoga multiple times a week wasn’t giving her what she wanted.

A year might sound like too long for people, but even if you got results in 3 months, you still need to maintain it! But are you willing to push through and not kickback for a second and take a break, which then could lead to quitting? A year of committing to the process will do the trick!

Barb is now so dedicated that she continues on her own immediately after the training session. And this is what I mean by getting in shape… and staying that way!
