Mayhem Wrestling Club is excited to welcome Andrews Bond and Alejandro “Crashout” Rosario for a special wrestling clinic on Saturday, June 20th from 4–7 PM at Gracie Brandon!

This is a great opportunity to learn from high-level coaches with championship experience in wrestling, catch wrestling, and MMA. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your technique, improve your mindset, or just get better in a tough room, this is where you need to be.

Championship Sunday brought the room together yesterday. Different ages, different schools, different goals, same standard: Attitude & Effort.

Huge thank you to LeHeal Biogenix for supporting Mayhem and to Will of a Warrior / Kangas Wrestling for helping build wrestlers who compete hard, train with purpose, and support each other.

This is what Mayhem is about. Work, growth, community, and a little organized chaos, because apparently that’s our brand now.

Wrestler of the Month: Romarion

Romarion was chosen as our May Wrestler of the Month because of his incredible work ethic and the example he sets every time he steps on the mat.

He doesn’t just show up to train himself. He helps anyone who needs it, pushes the people around him, and represents exactly what we want Mayhem Wrestling Club to be about.

Romarion is a living example of Attitude & Effort. Truly a wrestler built for others.

Mayhem Wrestling Clinic this Thursday!

We are excited to welcome Coach Tristan Bundy, Head Women’s Wrestling Coach at Andrew College, to Mayhem for a high-level wrestling clinic.

This is a great opportunity for wrestlers of all experience levels to learn from a college coach, sharpen their technique, and get better in the room.
