Come in for 40 minutes of yin & 20 minutes of nidra.
Taking the time to rest intentionally. Connect with the breath and body. practice bringing stillness to mind & body. ✨

It’s like yoga and a nap had a spiritual baby.
We stretch slow… then we basically tuck you in for guided dreamland.
Zero hustle. Maximum “ahhhhh.”
