I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
I am fortunate to have a job I really love. And it can be so rewarding for me. I love to help people. Primarily my job is to help people live with less pain and to feel better.
This week, I helped one of my clients be able to play basketball again, not pain free, but better than he has for years. He thought he may never get to play again. And now he is able to do something that he loves (not every week! We still have more work to do😂)
And I organized a 10k for my clients who had that as a goal. I had one client who finished her first 10k! And another who had double knee replacement complete over 4 miles!
And I had a client with an injured hip and wasn’t able to walk without pain send me this text today.
“I have to tell you I did all my exercises today and my hip is not hurting as much as it did. I can even walk a little better without as much pain as I had. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!! I really appreciate you!”
And I held my client as she cried…..not because of me😂. Although I have had that effect before too😂
It’s Wednesday and I love my job! I’ve only seen half my clients so far this week:)
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. And yes, between sessions I also enjoy construction, but never as much as I enjoy Personal Training:)
In June I should have 2 spots open. About 40% of my clients see me to help them heal or recover (often after insurance has run out) and about 40% to lose weight. I included a couple of my clients who i am so proud of:) ! Way to go guys!
I am $180 a month for weekly sessions this includes access to a private gym, and an app with everything you will need.
FYI if you get a letter of medical necessity from your doctor or Physical Therapist, the cost of a nationally recognized certified personal trainer could qualify for HSA reimbursements.
