Maybe it’s the altitude. The silence. The miles of broken country between you and the next ridge.
Or maybe it’s simpler than that.

It’s the chase.

The inherent need to go where the air gets thin, the terrain gets steep, and every step has a purpose. To follow a line across the mountain knowing the next ridge could change everything.
