Join us on July 8 and July 22 for our Barrel Exhibition Nights! We’ll have two arenas available (one to warming up and one to run) , and we'll alternate between indoor and outdoor settings, weather permitting.
With gas prices on the rise, we know everyone is being selective about the events they enter. Why not take advantage of a great opportunity close to home to work on your horse? We’re excited to host a barrel exhibition night!
Timeslots will be available for purchase before practice nights, and prepayment is required. Walk-ups are welcome and will be accommodated as space allows. We're aiming for a jackpot atmosphere complete with music, an announcer, and all the excitement you love about barrel racing—without the stress of entry fees!
Grab your bestie, bring your horse, focus on you, work on your horse, and set you and your horse up for success!
If it goes well, we'll continue offering these throughout the year.

Meet Regan Groathouse, our awesome Grounds Manager here at the Fremont County Fair Annex!

Regan is a true horse enthusiast with a lifelong passion for the western lifestyle, horses, and caring for the land and facilities that make our community special. He brings both knowledge and heart to the Annex every single day.

Regan earned his degree in Wildlife Conservation with a minor in Rangeland Management from the University of Wyoming, and his background and experience make him an incredible asset to our facility.

Whether he’s helping maintain the grounds, caring for the property, or spending time with horses, Regan is always willing to lend a hand and help keep the Annex running smoothly.

Next time you’re at the Annex, be sure to say hello to Regan! We’re lucky to have him as part of our team.
