You don’t need to be miserable eating in order to lose fat. Most people think fat loss means eating less, skipping meals, and cutting out everything they enjoy… but that approach usually backfires.

The real fix is learning how to eat in a way that keeps you full and satisfied, not restricted and drained.
Stop trying to eat as little as possible and start focusing on meals with enough protein, fiber, and volume so you naturally eat less without feeling deprived all day.
