This retreat is an intimate three day beachfront experience designed to nurture the whole woman: body, soul, and spirit.
This sacred gathering invites women to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and enter a space where rest is honored, healing is intentional, and renewal becomes possible.
This year we are launching out into the deep and moving beyond simply surviving life’s pressures and stepping fully into a place of wholeness, freedom, and renewed strength.
Through guided moments of reflection, scripture meditation, breath work, gentle movement, and meaningful workshops, women are invited to slow down, release what they have been carrying, and begin restoring the parts of themselves that have been overlooked or neglected.
Our faith-centered sessions are rooted in timeless biblical principles, presented in a way that is authentic, welcoming, and free from judgment or pressure. Through guided discussions, reflective activities, and shared experiences, women are encouraged to examine their beliefs, release limiting patterns, and embrace a healthier and more empowered way of living.
Within a supportive sisterhood of like-minded women, meaningful connections are formed in an environment that is safe, nurturing, and shame-free. Together we create space for honest conversations, laughter, reflection, and restoration.
