We offer a 24 hour secure access facility with daily cleaned showers and locker rooms. We offer group fitness classes including Zumba, Spinning, Pilates, Total Body Pump, and we also offer Silver Sneakers. We accept Healthways (Silver Sneakers), Viva and American Specialty Health (Silver & Fit) insurance and also have discount deals through employers in the industrial park. We have all the supplem

ents and exercise gear to get you started. Our Staffed hours are Monday - Thurs 8:30am to 6:15pm and Friday 8:30am to Noon. Other amenities:
Full cardio theatre, Full line strength equipment (Nautilus, Star Trac, and Magnum), free weights, personal trainers, and a free towel service.
