With the help of a great teacher, the martial arts can transform us into peaceful warriors. They change us from within, bestowing upon us an ability to navigate life’s push and pull with presence, clarity, and an anchored center. At Greenwich Kempo, we’re passionate about building confidence, compassion, and community through the martial arts. As Professional Ninjas, Super Heroes, and Jedi Knights

, we teach skills and discipline that can ignite a passion within. What’s more, we do it in a way that’s both serious and seriously fun. We offer camps and classes for students of all ages and skill, from child to adult. Founded in 2013 as Kempo Academy of Greenwich, our school is located in Cos Cob, Connecticut and reflects the diverse backgrounds and cultures of the area. We became Greenwich Kempo in September 2016, and our good work continues to this day. Currently, we have over 125 students and four awesome teachers eager to learn, create, and grow together.
