Animal House Fitness Animal House Fitness is a unique facility in Downtown Riverside. It's a specialty gym focusing on speed development, explosiveness, & athleticism.

AHF is ran by Adam Wright, a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. Animal House is located near the Riverside Plaza. Our 2500 square foot facility is outfitted with state of the art training equipment utilized to push you outside of your comfort zone and prepare you to reach your optimal potential!

Baseball speed intensive with Beaumont Baseball in the month of June.

6 weeks of intentional exposures designed to bring about a specific outcome, improved sprint velocity within 15 yards.

Athletes were assessed weekly on their vertical using force plates as well.

Based on the teams overall needs a simple program was created. Not an exhaustive, must have full weight room access, but one in which adherence can be managed. Consistency will win always and if you r can get athletes to perform their job at a high level consistently there’s no doubt the numbers will come along.
