Mother’s Day Momosa & Yoga… what a great morning 💐

6 months.4 women.1 stage.Tiny bikinis.Very high heels.And A LOT of work ahead of us. 💪👙✨

On October 24, 2026… Erin, Michelle, Heather and myself (Lisa) are stepping on stage for our very first bikini competition! 😳🔥

To say we are excited and terrified at the same time would be an understatement. We have long days ahead, heavy workouts, endless posing practice, tons of protein, sore muscles, tired mornings, emotional moments… and probably a few “What in the world did we sign up for?!” conversations. 😂

But we are doing it anyway.

We are all different ages, different heights, different body types and different goals… but we are committing to this journey together. We’re going to push each other when motivation is low, support each other on the hard days, celebrate the little wins, laugh at ourselves often, and prove that getting out of your comfort zone is where growth really happens.

This isn’t just about a bikini competition. It’s about discipline, confidence, strength, courage and showing ourselves what we are capable of.

So here we go… LET’S GO GIRLS!! 💃🔥

Follow along on our journey over the next 6 months. Cheer us on, motivate us, hold us accountable and watch us transform physically AND mentally along the way. ❤️
