These transformations are more than just before & after photos — they’re proof of what happens when you commit, stay consistent, and surround yourself with the right community. 💪

Our Transformation Challenge finishers put in the work, pushed through hard days, and trusted the process. Now it’s time to celebrate them. This week, our members will be voting on the winner — and the decision isn’t based on looks alone. It’s about their journey, their story, and the effort behind the picture. Make sure to take a moment to read each of their paragraphs and see what they overcame to get here.

🏆 Winners will be announced at our Breakfast Potluck this Saturday morning 8:30-9:30, and everyone is welcome to join us, celebrate, and be part of the community.

Sydney walked into A Taylored Body one day asking for a front desk job…
but I saw an athlete who was meant for more.

As a UCR track athlete, her energy and athleticism were impossible to ignore. She trained under me, earned her certification, and quickly became part of the ATB family.

From our gym ➡️ to chasing bigger opportunities in LA ➡️ to now stepping into the arena as “Huntress” on the new season of American Gladiator.

We’re incredibly proud to have been part of her journey — and she’s still part of ours.

To celebrate her premiere today, April 17, Sydney created a special 🔥 HUNTRESS 🔥 workout just for ATB!

We’re all doing it together on premiere day.
