Pronounced: (Pyo-chang-jang) closest in meaning to English is Letter of Commendation,
but in the Korean translation, it values a higher form of recognition to the one receiving it. I am honored to receive this letter from the World Taekwondo Headquarters (Kukkiwon), but I can't take all the credit in this recognition because I know how much and often my teacher speaks of me so highly to all of his taekwondo circles. Like proud parents bragging about their children, so shall a teacher boast about his students and their achievements! A teacher's greatest achievement is the success and character of their students, but behind every confident student is a teacher who quietly fought for them to be seen, heard, and believed in.
