Baby, I don’t settle.
And let’s be clear: all money ain’t good money.

Recently, there was a situation that perfectly shows how things can get misunderstood. I’ll be honest — I didn’t verbally restate the price of an item because I assumed it had already been seen on the website. When the client later expressed confusion, I immediately offered a refund as long as the items were returned unopened, which is not our policy.

Unfortunately, that’s not how things were returned, and this is the result.

I share this not for sympathy, but to reassure our community of this:
I will always give people the opportunity to make things right. I will always communicate. I will always try to find a fair solution.

Protect your peace. Protect your business.
