Running more isn’t the answer… 🙅🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️

If all you’re doing is steady-state cardio, you might be burning calories — but you’re also:
• Losing muscle
• Slowing your metabolism
• Making fat loss harder over time

That’s why you feel stuck… even though you’re “doing everything right.”

The truth 👇
Fat loss isn’t about doing MORE cardio — it’s about doing the RIGHT combination.

What actually works:
• Strength training to preserve and build muscle
• Strategic cardio (not endless miles)
• Enough protein to support your metabolism

Do this, and your body stops fighting you… and starts changing.

Save this so you don’t fall into the “more running = more fat loss” trap.
