RULES ANNOUNCEMENT: This will be reviewed prior to tipoff at , but we wanted to make sure all participants are aware of a significant change to the rules for all CMC XII games Saturday. There will be an official noted by The Board Of Directors for each game who will determine if any plays warrant a flagrant foul, and assess accordingly. A flagrant foul would be excessive or egregious contact with lack of genuine attempt to legally defend a play. In the event of a flagrant foul call, the fouled player will take an unmanned free throw (no players on the lane) worth 1 point if successful, and his team will maintain possession of the ball REGARDLESS of whether or not the shot is made. Again, we will walk through this in more detail prior to tipoff on Saturday, but wanted you to be aware ahead of time. The hope is that this rule will not need to be exercised at all for , and that competitive and aggressive play will still be a staple of the game but kept in check as a result of the new measure.

MODERN ERA CHAMPIONS (belt winners from CMC VII thru CMC XI - Joe Jenkins, David Steinhaus, Joel Finstad, Broke Kneez, Peter Le Pew, Brett May) : Bring the jersey of the team you won your belt with, as The Board would like to properly denote the winners in a official belt ceremony. Castawayans Brothers, I’m sure you could remake those tshirts in 9 minutes given that they certainly are oil rags and have been since about 26 hours after CMC VII.
