📣 We are so excited to announce we will be offering a Summer Diving Program!!!

This summer diving program is designed for intermediate to advanced divers grades 6 and up. All participants are required to be able to swim in the deep end of the pool without assistance. Participants will work on diving basics, entries, dryland drills, and improve their competitive dive list in a fun, stress-free environment! If applicable, program is geared towards preparing high schoolers for their competitive season.

Date/Time:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-6:00 PM
June 17-July 31, 2025 (excluding 4th of July week)

River Falls High School Pool

📢 Registration is now open for our Spring Diving Clinic!

We are excited to share that we are partnering with River Falls Community Education to host another Learn to Dive clinic! 🏊🏻‍♀️

We will teach the basics of diving in a fun and encouraging way. Students grades 4-12 of all skill level are welcome as long as they can swim in the deep end of the pool without assistance. No experience necessary!

If you do have prior diving experience, we encourage you to also sign up and we will be accommodating all skill levels. Click the link below to register:
