Life is hard. Navigating stressful situations can be challenging. Learning to control what you can is key to finding happiness and success. In self defense, it’s more important. I cant control my opponent’s intent. I CAN control how I respond to it.

The “way to peace”, Judo is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:15! IM to get started!

Why do we measure neural plasticity while performing cognitive testing?

It tells us how nerves compensate for injury and illness. It gives us insight into how we see our environment and plays a key role in all adaptive processes.

The amplitude challenge and duration challenge are just a couple of the tests we perform when identifying your risk for mild cognitive impairment and traumatic brain injury and helps us identify when it’s safe to return an athlete to play after a concussion.

Impact testing can’t do it.
S**t testing can’t do it.

Learn to safely carry, conceal, store and operate a firearm.

Our next CCW class ( firearm safety/carrying a concealed weapon course) is November 2, 2024 at 9am!

Where: 112 E Walnut St., River Falls
What: Course qualifies for WI, MN and FL privileges opening up more than 35 states.
Cost: $99/person

No experience needed. Most of the time, beginners do as well (if not better) as many “seasoned” shooters!

No firearm needed but welcome! Just bring your own ammunition and leave it in the car during class hours.

Our instructor, Bruce Whitaker, was a long time police officer and air marshal and has been instructing fi****ms and self defense students, for over a decade, in the St Croix Valley and
beyond.

Masking healthy people has always been a bad idea. With more studies showing that masking had no effect on viral particulates but do offer harm, it’s an imperative that we learn.

Keep this study in mind when you’re asked to do it again.
