RATES:
Single: $50 per month
Couple: $90 per month
Family: $100 per month (ages 11-17)
Students: $40 per month (ages 14-23 with Student ID)

oss training class for beginners to seasoned athletes. (More classes coming)

~Step Circuit Class: Monday & Wednesday 5:30 P.M. & Saturday 9:00 A.M.
1 hour class incorporating the Reebok Step for Cardiovascular Fitness including: medicine ball, weights for strength development and all over body stretching.

~Strength Plus Core: Thursday Nights 5:30 PM

Both classes are instructed by Mary Linehan. Hours may change.

Tomorrow we are hosting Western WI Strongman Classic the main gym area will be closed for the contest until its over in the afternoon. Come watch the athletes compete. $5 spectator fee

Big Congrats to "The Bear" Karl Bear Knothe and National Champion Emily Hofacker on securing victory in Iowa this weekend. Both will compete on April 11th at our contest we are hosting at the gym. When you train heavy and smart the contest becomes easier than a training day.

We would welcome your attendance to honor her outstanding achievement.
