My name is Juan Ortiz I am a retired MMA fighter in the UFC, current NAGA champion in the 165 weight class. I started to do MMA when I was 7 years old and I became in love with the sport. My first fight was at age 12 and it was a boxing tournament and I took second place. After that I kept going until I reached the professional level by age 19 and I left the UFC by age 24 for personal reasons. Our

story, Ortiz MMA is a highly prestigious establishment in North America. Our specialty is MMA, but we are also qualified to teach in multiple styles of martial arts which include my Thai kick boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, taekwondo and judo. And we combine all styles in our advance level classes for MMA. Most of our instructors have a professional MMA background. Whether you are looking to get into shape, or fight in the ring and live the fighter’s lives, or maybe you are doing for self-defense and trying to increase your confidence. Even if you've never thrown a punch in your life. At Ortiz MMA we can accommodate to your level of expertise and fitness level so that you have a great learning experience with us.
