Fall Open Gyms are back at RFGC!

Looking for some extra time in the gym this fall? Our Fall Open Gyms are starting soon and will run throughout the session!

Pre-K Open Gym
Thursdays starting September 10th
11:00 AM–12:00 PM
$10 per child

All Ages Open Gym
Saturdays starting September 12th
12:00–1:00 PM
$10 per child

Pre-registration is required for BOTH open gyms and can be completed through our website.

Come burn some energy, practice skills, and have fun in the gym! We hope to see you at Open Gym this fall!

Fall 1 is officially here at RFGC!

Today kicks off a new session, and we are so excited to welcome our gymnasts back into the gym! As we head into a busy season of school, sports, activities, gymnastics, and everything in between, we want to wish all of our RFGC families a fantastic start to the fall.

Here’s to a fall full of new goals, hard work, confidence, friendships, and lots of growth!

Happy Labor Day from RFGC!

Just a reminder that there will be NO RFGC classes today - Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

We hope all of our gymnasts, families, and coaches enjoyed their long weekend and had a safe and happy Labor Day!

Classes will resume as regularly scheduled after the holiday. We will see you back in the gym for Fall 1, starting tomorrow - September 8th! (Monday classes begin Sept. 14th)

As a new school year begins, we want to wish all of our RFGC gymnasts and families a fun, healthy, and fulfilling school year!

We hope this year brings new friendships, exciting opportunities, plenty of learning, and lots of moments to be proud of. Remember to give yourself grace, try new things, work hard, and enjoy the journey along the way!

We’re excited to welcome our gymnasts back to River Falls Gymnastics Club for the start of our Fall 1 session!

Butter Braid Fundraiser is Coming!

Our Butter Braid Fundraiser kicks off September 1st and runs through September 24th!

This is a great way to support RFGC while enjoying some delicious Butter Braids. Plus, participants will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win prizes!

Important Dates:

Fundraiser: September 1–24
Butter Braid Pickup: October 8th (5-7pm)

You do not have to be currently enrolled at RFGC to participate! Whether you're a current gymnast, past RFGC family, friend, or supporter, we'd love to have you join in.

Thank You, Camp Gymnasts!
We want to give a BIG thank you to all of the gymnasts who joined us last week. We had so much fun making memories together!

From gymnastics and fun activities to arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and of course, our final performances, it was a week packed with fun, laughter, creativity, and plenty of gymnastics!

We loved seeing everyone try new things, make new friends, encourage one another, and show off what they learned throughout the week.

And we have to give a special shoutout to all of our AWESOME coaches!

Thank you for spending your week with us at River Falls Gymnastics Club. We hope you had as much fun as we did, and we can't wait for next years camp!

We’re soaking up every last bit of summer at RFGC!

Our campers had an absolute BLAST today enjoying some sunshine, splashing around, and cooling off with our outdoor water day!
