As a nonprofit organization in River Falls, WI, we're dedicated to helping athletes build a love for the sport of gymnastics.

Summer Dress-Up Week is Coming!

To kick off summer, we are excited to host a week of dress-up days in the gym from June 22nd – 26th! We invite all gymnasts, spectators, & coaches to join in on the fun and show off their summer spirit.

- Participation is completely optional, but we would love to see everyone get involved!

Please remember that all dress-up attire should be appropriate and safe for gymnastics. Any accessories or extra items should be easy to remove and safely stored with personal belongings while practicing on equipment.

Dress-Up Schedule:

Monday: Hawaiian/Tropical Day
Tuesday: Neon Day
Wednesday: Wacky Day
Thursday: USA theme!
Friday: Favorite Vacation Day
(Wear your favorite vacation shirt or dress for a place you love to visit or dream of visiting!)

We can't wait to celebrate the start of everyone's summer with a fun-filled week in the gym and see everyone's creativity shine!

Summer Session Starts TODAY! 🤸‍♂️

Today is the first day of our Summer Session here at River Falls Gymnastics Club, and we are SO excited to welcome everyone back to the gym! 💙

Whether this is your athlete’s first class or they’ve been with us for years, we are excited to make this an amazing summer session for everyone!

Summer Session Starts June 8th! ☀️

We are so excited to kick off another fun-filled Summer Session here at River Falls Gymnastics Club! 🤸‍♀️

Our Summer Session will run from:

We can’t wait to spend the summer learning new skills, building confidence, and having lots of fun in the gym with all of our amazing athletes! 💙

Team Gymnast of the Month: Annie Benson

Congratulations to Annie for being named our Team Gymnast of the Month! 🤍

Annie is such a sweetheart and brings so much positivity, laughter, and energy into the gym every single day. Her goofy and fun-loving personality has a way of bringing the team together, and she is always encouraging those around her with her optimistic attitude.

Not only is Annie thoughtful and hardworking, but she has also shown so much growth throughout her time at RFGC. We are incredibly proud of the gymnast and teammate she continues to become each season!

We are so excited to continue watching Annie shine this season and cannot wait to see all she accomplishes. Keep working hard and being YOU. Annie, we love having you as part of the RFGC family! 💫

Jungle Gym Gymnast of the Month – Rosemary

Congratulations to our June Jungle Gym Gymnast of the Month, Rosemary from our Tigers classes! 🐯

Rosemary is bubbly, determined, and can always be found with a big smile on her face! Her positive attitude and excitement for gymnastics make her such a joy to have in class each week. We love watching her confidence grow as she continues to work hard, learn new skills, and cheer on her friends along the way!

We are so proud of you, Rosemary, and can’t wait to see all you accomplish this summer!

Reminder to our RFGC Families!

June 1st – June 7th is the LAST week of our Spring Session here at River Falls Gymnastics Club! 🤸‍♀️💙

We can’t believe how quickly the session has flown by, but we are so thankful for all of our amazing athletes and families who made this spring so much fun!

Be sure to join us for your final classes this week as we wrap up another great session together. We are so proud of all the hard work, growth, and accomplishments we’ve seen from all our classes!

We also can’t wait to see many of you back for our Summer Session! ☀️

Congratulations to Ella Pierce and Katelyn Story — recipients of this year’s River Falls Gymnastics Club $500 scholarship awards! Ella and Katelyn have both shown outstanding dedication, perseverance, and commitment throughout their gymnastics journeys, and we are so proud to recognize all of their hard work and accomplishments.

Additionally, we would like to congratulate Mckenna Cook, recipient of our $1,000 High School Scholarship Award! Mckenna’s leadership, determination, and passion for the sport have made a lasting impact both in and out of the gym.

These scholarship awards are meant to support our RFGC athletes as they move into the next exciting chapter of their academic and athletic careers. We are incredibly proud of these athletes, teammates, and role models, and we cannot wait to see all they accomplish in the future! 🤍
