Tri4grace is a sprint triathlon/ duathlon perfect for starting out your racing season. It is also a great first time triathlon/duathlon for beginners. It starts with a 500 yard indoor pool swim, followed by a 10 mile bike ride, and finishes with a 2 mile run. This is a great event for individuals and for teams of 2 or 3 people.

Hello friends of the Tri4Grace. As you were probably expecting the May 9, 2020 Tri4Grace is cancelled. With the current impact of COVID19 on our communities, we have made the difficult decision to cancel. This decision was made for the safety of our planning teams, volunteers and participants. For those that have already registered, please let us know if you would prefer a refund or would like to donate any percentage of your registration fee towards scholarship funds for River Falls High school students directly impacted by cancer. Thank you so kindly for all of your support!

There will not be a Tri4Grace Memorial Triathlon this May, 2019 because the River Fall High School pool will be under repair. But we look forward to seeing you in May 2020! Thank you for your support!
