💙 Help Support Dominick Messano’s Journey to the USATF Para National Championships 💙

Dominick’s story is one of incredible strength and determination. At 18, he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer. After years of chemotherapy, surgeries, and ultimately an above-the-knee amputation in 2024, he refused to let adversity define him.

Today, Dominick is chasing his dream of becoming a Paralympic track and field athlete, competing in the 100-meter dash and high jump. In his very first season, he qualified for the USATF Para National Championships in New York City after just one meet—an extraordinary achievement.

Beyond athletics, Dominick works alongside his family at Dino’s Detail and serves as the jumps coach at Solanco High School, inspiring young athletes every day.

As he continues his journey toward the national stage and one day representing Team USA in the Paralympics, he faces significant expenses for specialized coaching, adaptive equipment, travel, lodging, and competition fees.

We are asking our community to rally behind Dominick. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help remove financial barriers and allow him to continue pursuing his dreams.

⚾️ One Last Ride: The Next Chapter for BROH High School Baseball ⚾️

They say all good things must come to an end, and after pouring my absolute heart and soul into coaching this program, this upcoming season will likely be my last. I truly love coaching and every single player who has worn the uniform, but it’s time for me to close this door and get ready to open the next one.

Because this is my (coach Aaron) final chapter, we are doing things a little differently. We are focusing entirely on development, growth, and elite baseball IQ.

This season is open to all players entering 9th through 12th grade, and it is going to be run exactly like a College Fall Ball Program.

Here is what you need to know:

**This is only for Coach Aaron’s program. BROH youth teams are still holding tryouts and will continue.**

The Focus: We are stepping away from the traditional tournament circuit. Frankly, I just don’t see the point in chasing games right now. Instead, we are driving home elite practice habits and raising our collective baseball IQ.

The Schedule:We will host weekly clinics running straight into the fall, attend college camps, hold high-intensity practices, and host structured scrimmages featuring live umpires.


Weekly Practice Routine: To start, we will practice Sunday evenings at Perryville Park, with a mid-week practice added later at a location TBD.

The Standards: Proper practice uniforms and team-provided hats must be worn at all events. We are building professional habits from the ground up.

The Investment: 400 per player. (Please note: We believe every player should have the chance to develop full and partial scholarships are available for those who need them).

I want to leave this program better than I found it, and that means sending our players into their futures with the highest level of preparation possible. Let’s make this final season the most impactful one yet.

Huge congratulations to BROH Baseball’s very own Luke Z. and Ryan J. on being named All-Stars! These two absolute cheat codes have been tearing up the league, and the honors are well deserved.

🚀 Luke Z. — The Ultimate Utility Weapon

Luke didn't just play; he dominated everywhere on the diamond. Whether he was behind the dish or holding down shortstop, he was a human highlight reel.

At the Plate: A massive .569 AVG / .703 OBP / 1.546 SLG

Extra Bases: 3 doubles, 4 triples, and 1 HR

On the Bump: 27 strikeouts in just 24 innings pitched

👑 Ryan J. — The Do-It-All Ace

Ryan completely locked it down on the mound, then decided to go out and terrorize catchers on the basepaths just for fun.

Pitching: Led the team in Innings Pitched, Strikeouts, and Batting Average Against (BAA)!

At the Plate: Raked at a .406 AVG / .513 OBP / 1.013 SLG clip with 22 hits (including 3 doubles and an over-the-fence bomb!)

On the Basepaths: A perfect 21 for 21 on stolen base attempts 💨

BROH Baseball is proud to announce that Roland Kubala and Quinn Whiteman have been selected to represent our organization as members of the 2026 Harford County TravelBall League All-Star Team!

Roland has been a cornerstone of our infield all season, consistently demonstrating hard work, determination, and a team-first attitude. Quinn has made a tremendous impact both on the mound and at first base, earning this recognition through his dedication and competitive spirit.

We would also like to recognize Bryce Brogan and Richie Mort, who both received All-Star nominations. Being nominated among the league’s top players is an accomplishment in itself and a testament to the effort, growth, and commitment they have shown throughout the season.

We are incredibly proud of all four players for representing BROH Baseball with class, character, and passion for the game. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed, and this recognition reflects the dedication you bring to the field every day.

Congratulations, Roland and Quinn, on your All-Star selections, and congratulations to Bryce and Richie on your nominations!

Congratulations Joey Coudon!

One of the greatest parts of coaching is watching young athletes grow into exceptional players and even better people.

This young man was a coach during our BROH Winter Workout Program, and the impact he had on our players was incredible. He showed up every week, shared his knowledge, led by example, and demonstrated what dedication, hard work, and accountability look like.

Now being named the 2026 Maryland Gatorade Player of the Year is a testament to the relentless work ethic he’s displayed for years. The accolades are well deserved, but what stands out most is the person he is. Our players didn’t just see a talented athlete—they saw a humble leader who was willing to give back to the next generation.

As Jason Kelce said, “Hungry dogs run faster.” He has embodied that mentality every step of the way, proving that hard work truly pays off.

Congratulations on this incredible accomplishment. Thank you for investing in our BROH players and showing them what excellence looks like both on and off the field. The future is bright, and we’re proud to have had you as part of our program. ❤️⚾️
