We are so excited to officially open up our waitlist for riding lessons and our horsemanship program with Katelyn Pettit 🐴🤍
This isn’t your typical lesson program. Our foundation is built on years of hands-on experience working with horses that needed a second chance. Many of the horses you’ll meet here didn’t come from easy backgrounds. They’ve been misunderstood, mishandled, or simply never given the time and consistency they deserved. We’ve spent years taking in what some would call “problem horses” and turning them into willing, confident partners through patience, correct training, and understanding.
Because of that, what we teach goes far beyond just riding. Anyone can learn how to sit in a saddle, but not everyone learns how to truly understand a horse. Our program is centered around real horsemanship… learning how horses think, why they react the way they do, and how to build trust instead of force. We want our riders to leave not just with better riding skills, but with the knowledge and confidence to handle horses the right way in any situation.
There is something incredibly special about working with these horses. They have a way of teaching patience, responsibility, and emotional awareness in a way nothing else can. For many, being around horses becomes more than just a hobby… it becomes a form of therapy. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or just need a place to breathe and reset, the barn has a way of grounding you and bringing you back to what matters.
We will be offering both private and group lessons for riders of all levels once we are fully up and running. Right now, our focus is getting everything set up the right way so we can give both our horses and our riders the best experience possible.
Because of that, we are starting with a waitlist. This will allow us to carefully bring people in as spots open up and make sure every rider gets the time, attention, and quality instruction they deserve.
Our goal is to create confident, capable riders while continuing to give these horses purpose and a better future. Every rider who joins us becomes part of something bigger.
