Background: Because fi****ms are a part of our national heritage; because of the large number of fi****ms in possession of the public; because of reports of improper use of fi****ms resulting in accidental deaths; because of recent hunting-related intentional shooting deaths; because of a shortage of formal hunting/shooting ethics instructional classes , we feel it is of the utmost importance that

the public be adequately instructed in the safe, ethical use of those fi****ms. Classes are taught by over 10 NRA Certified Instructors in pistol, rifle and shotgun. Purpose:
•To promote hunter safety
•To encourage youth to learn safe, recreational use of fi****ms
•To develop public forums for discussion of the safe use of fi****ms
•To design programs for men, women and youth for instruction in firearm use
•To develop safe areas to use fi****ms
•To conduct courses, panels, discussions, lectures or media presentations based on audience background and training in areas of shooting safety
