Butte United Red 99 The Butte United Soccer Club is located in Chico and is a competitive club. Red 99 is the U16 team for the 2015 season. Coached by Dimitri Brown.

Hi everyone, well unfortunately Nathan is no longer playing on this team so I won't have updates or fun pictures of the boys at practice or games. But I wanted to say I had a great time posting everything. And maybe someone else will start a new page for the team!

Well the roster has been posted at Butte United website. Although I won't be managing this year, I am keeping this page up during our season with pictures and our game stats and outcomes. Should be a great year and I know our boys will do awesome. Welcome to our new coach Dimitri. I'll get a new cover picture when I can get the boys together!

Saturday at the break of dawn (literally) the boys started with an 8am game a loss of 2-1 but there was some really great communication and passing. Second game unfortunately the same result happened but it doesn't help when a ref doesn't have control or give the right calls. Today's game also resulted in a loss but some good defense, offense and some great saves by our goalies. On to three more league games in the season and I know the boys will keep working hard. GO BUTTE!

Unfortunately I wasn't there at last Saturdays game, but I hear it was a great one. 0-0 at the half and then two goals were put in the back of the net by Brad and Trevor right after the half. Which ended the game with a win by Butte United 2-0!!! As of right now we are tied for first place in our league. Go Butte United!!!

Yesterday was a great day for the boys. They won 3-1! With goals from Juan, Vance, and Brad. The defense was on point, the offense kept the ball pushed forward and there was great passing and communication out on the pitch by the boys. Our goalies made some awesome saves too. Another home game next weekend @ 1pm. GO BUTTE UNITED, GO RED!

Yea! They did it 3-2 win! Much cooler temp to start the game which definitely helped the team. First goal was put in by the other team then we came back with one before the half for a tie. Nail-biting play for the second half but our boys took two more to the back of the net, making it three at the end. Great job boys and congrats to Quinn & Omar. Thanks also to the parents with set up this morning. GO BUTTE UNITED!! See you next week for another home game.

Another extremely hot day in the Fall soccer season. The boys played really well but just got one in the back of net and other team got four. They all worked hard as a team. But they definitely look forward to tomorrow's home game @ 10:05 for a big win.

What a nice day for soccer, much cooler than last weekend. The boys played really well, great passing some good assists and strikes that weren't fruitful but you could see that the boys were working as a team. Unfortunetly the downer of the game was the referring. He didn't let both teams just "play the game". We ended with 0-0 tie. Looking forward next weekend in Chico Sat Oct 4th @ 3pm and Oct 5th @ 10:05. GO RED!
