Hi PHBA Families, Coaches, and Community Members, PHBA is proud to once again recognize coaches who go above and beyond in demonstrating positive leadership, mentorship, and sportsmanship through our annual Positive Coaching Award.
We invite you to nominate a coach who best exemplifies the spirit and values of the while mentoring players, building confidence, and creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
This coach should embody the ideals of the “Double-Goal Coach” — someone who strives to compete and win, while also recognizing that the more important goal is teaching life lessons through sports.
This is one of the most prestigious recognitions we give as a league. While we welcome nominations from all parents and families, recommendations from fellow coaches are especially meaningful and heavily considered during the selection process.
Please take a few minutes to nominate a deserving coach and share a brief explanation of why you believe they are worthy of this honor.

There will be one award recipient selected from each division. Winners will be recognized at the PHBA Managers / Coaches / Umpires Family Picnic on June 5, 2026 beginning at 5:30 PM.
