We offer a welcoming, family friendly, safe and ego free environment. We offer classes in Muay Thai Kickboxing for Kids/Youth Monday-Friday and Adults MWF. At four years old she is sharp!!! It is amazing what can be cultivated in three months time. While other kids are on tablets she is training to be a warrior and learning life skills. Martial arts is a way of life that will impact a child's physical and mental development into becoming an amazing person.

Note: I just taught her that spinning elbow in one session.

It's something that has always echoed even in my early Jiu Jitsu, Sensie Dave Camarillo use to always say "The best defense is a good offense".

In tonight's class we covered three topics, Distance Management, Baiting and Pattern Interruption. Bouncing off what Kru Yai Belton and Kru did a few days ago, I utilized their combo as a pattern interruption to stop a combo created by my opponents bait.
