WALLEYE WEEKEND STRONGEST
this Saturday @ noon.

Event 1: Mammoth Bar Max Deadlift

10ft mammoth bar for all divisions
Lane 1 – 12in Wagon Wheels - All Women and Novice Men.
Lane 2 – 16in Tires – All Open Men.
Unlimited attempts at each weight within a 60 sec time limit. You may skip as many times as you wish but the bar weight will never go back down in weight. Must tell the judge if you are making a warmup lift or an attempt. There will be an up and down command. You must wait for the down command for the rep to count.

Women and Novice Men- 20/30lbs jumps: Starting: 150 # - Wagon Wheel - 12in
All Open Men 50/40lbs jumps.
Starting: 210 # - Tires - 16in
Can lift shoeless
Figure 8 or straps, 1 hard belt, one soft belt allowed
NO SUITS, BRIEFS OR METAL HOOKS!
