A few games to help build skills and agility! They had so much fun with these!

Jiujitsu is so much more than a self defense tactic. It’s about discipline, they learn to trust their bodies and get used to them in the awkward stages. They gain confidence in the best ways, make new friends and learn real life lessons on how to treat their peers and be successful!
