If you need to start working on that summer body, where better than with some glute exercises. You don’t even need to look up creative workouts to achieve that swimsuit-approved backside. We have a machine specially designed to target glute development, and it is appropriately named the B***y Builder.
For your first time using this machine, try it without adding any weights so that you can become comfortable with the setup and movement involved. Once you sit on the seat, use the orange lever underneath you and the orange k**b beside you to adjust your position to where you can comfortably put your feet on the footpad and upper back on the backrest. Now you are ready to buckle the padded seatbelt over your lap. Braced between your feet and your back, thrust your hips upward against the seatbelt. Try three sets of ten repetitions (reps), and if that is too easy, there are pegs on either side of your hips where you can add weights to increase the difficulty.
