Get to know the newest member of our instructor team, Dana 💫

Hi guys! My name is Dana and I feel so lucky to teach in this space. I started attending classes at Rio Hot Yoga in December 2025 and quickly fell in love with not only the classes but the studio, people and pups too. It was a community I needed more than I knew. I became passionate about fitness in 2020 and that passion has only grown. Since my teacher training I have dove headfirst into learning as much as I can about our bodies so I can show up for everyone no matter what kind of battles they’ve faced. Outside of teaching I love hiking, yoga, space, reading, houseplants and my two cats. I’m also obsessed with Half Dome and banana slugs!
I will show up for all of you just like you all show up for me
