🎃 GET READY, CHAOS FAMILIES — HALLOWEEN SPIRIT WEEK STARTS MONDAY! 👻🕸️

October 19–24, athletes can join us in dressing up for a different theme each day! We want to see everyone getting involved, having fun with their teams, and bringing ALL the Halloween spirit to the gym. 🩵🖤

AND we’re ending the week with something extra special — our 1st Annual Chaos Fall Fest & Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 24 from 5–9 PM! 🎃🍂
There will be food, games, crafts, candy and plenty of Halloween fun! Come in costume and bring the family!

A strong handstand starts with the basics: tight body, straight arms, pointed toes, and control. 👏

Today’s tip is all about building a better handstand from the ground up because strong fundamentals = stronger tumbling. 💪🩵
