We will miss your dearly Mrs. Betty Anna! Please keep the McDermott’s in your thoughts and prayers.

We have some unfortunate news to share with everyone. Over the weekend our sweet Betty Anne (Ms. Betty or BA to some of you) was called home by our Lord. She was the backbone and matriarch of the McDermott family and The MAC family as well. As you can imagine, we are devastated, but also beyond thankful. Thankful that we were blessed to have this incredible woman as our mother, GoGo to her grandkids, Hero to our Dad (her husband of 52 years), best friend, sister, aunt and so much more – she was, and is, our guiding light. Betty Anne was True North on the compass that so many used to navigate this life. It is going to be some time before our ships find their bearing, but we will look to the skies above until our North Star shines again. If you want to honor the greatest woman we ever knew, there are two things you can do; number one, play Jimmy Buffet on blast! And two, do something kind for someone today.

Thank you all for bringing joy to our sweet Betty. She will be missed beyond measure!
