Mondays and Wednesdays:
Kids 6-9 years old 5-6pm
Kids 10-13 years old 6-7pm
Adults Gi 7-8:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday
Kids 3-4 5-6pm
Adults NoGi
6:15-7:15
Saturdays:
Kids (all ages) 10-11am
$20 drop-in class for Adults 11-12:30
